A small team of engineers who see every job through
Nexa Power grew out of a family electrical business in Grays, Essex. We still run it the same way: the engineer who quotes the job is the engineer who does it.
Why Nexa Power exists
For years we worked as domestic electricians and watched customers get passed between a sales rep, a surveyor, a subcontracted install crew and an office that could not find the certificate. Nexa Power was set up to do the opposite.
We are a NAPIT-registered electrical contractor and MCS-certified solar installer based in Grays, Thurrock. Our engineers are employed, not subcontracted, and each holds the 18th Edition, inspection and testing, and the renewable qualifications relevant to the work they do. That lets us take a job from the first survey through installation to a certificate we sign ourselves.
Alongside domestic work we now serve landlords, facilities managers and businesses across Essex, Kent, London and Surrey, and we have added solar, battery storage and EV charging because that is where our customers' energy bills are going.

One engineer, start to finish
The person who surveys and quotes is the person who installs and certifies. Nothing gets lost between departments because there are no departments.
Fixed prices, itemised
Quotes list materials, labour and certification separately. If the job turns out smaller than expected, the price comes down. It never goes up without a conversation.
Paperwork on the day
Certificates, test results and manuals are handed over or emailed before we leave site. Copies are held on file so you can ask for them years later.

The kit, the vans and the people you will actually meet.
